*How do I calculate what my bonus is?
1. Add up the Gross "additional Pay" or "Add Pay"
2. Add up all of your "Regular Pay" Hours (Regular Pay is for the time spent detasseling in the field. Travel time hours or break time hours are not included in bonus calculations)
3. Divide the total Additional Pay by the Regular Pay hours and you should receive your bonus amount per hour.
**How do I read my paycheck? (A break-down of hourly pay)
-Regular pay= time worked in the field. (Morning and afternoon breaks are included in this)
-Travel= time spent traveling to/from the field
-Break= time spent on the bus unable to work in the field (ie: wating out a storm).
-Retro= if you were paid for a day after the fact, it will show up on your check as Retro pay. The hours will not show up specifically under the date in which you were to be paid for.
